About the Author

Ronnie Dickerson Stewart rose from an ad agency intern to a C-suite executive, and then walked away from it all to help evolve the way we think about work, life, fulfillment, and success. As founder of OhHeyCoach, she is a career navigation and life design coach who supports organizations and leaders across advertising, media, PR, creative, and tech. With over two decades of industry experience, Stewart has coached executives from some of the world's most award-winning agencies and across brands like Microsoft, Reddit, Adobe, and Google. Her insights have been featured in Forbes, Essence, and 21Ninety. Her new book is Work Life Remix. 

About the Moderator

Megan Thomas Williams, better known as MegScoop, is a host, actress, producer, and director. She also currently serves as Head of Production for All Def, the 7-million-plus-subscriber digital media channel, where she oversees content across Comedy, Music, Gaming, Women, Poetry, and more. A proud Black-and-Korean country girl from Kentucky, MegScoop is a trained actress and host who studied under acclaimed teachers including Margie Haber, Tasha Smith, and Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB). With a knack for always having the “scoop,” she has built a dynamic career in entertainment, hosting and producing shows including The Touch-Up, The Drop, Great Taste, SquADDCast, Inside the Office, and The Score (sports and hip-hop show produced by LeBron James’ Uninterrupted).

MegScoop previously served as Senior Producer for the nationally syndicated Michael Baisden Show and has been a correspondent for BET International, That Grape Juice, AfterBuzz TV, and Black Hollywood Live. Since becoming a mother in 2018, she's added podcast host to her resume with Mommy Needs A Break and Imani State of Mind. When MegScoop is not on a mic or a set, you'll find her traveling, learning nail artistry, or defending her title as the church picnic's best baker - though nothing makes her happier than time with her husband and their two children.
