Sarah Sanders

Sarah Sanders is a branding and graphic design professional and the founder of Sarah Sanders Creative. Born in Atlanta, GA, she studied art at the University of Georgia and worked in marketing, public relations, and creative direction before launching her own business in 2023. She joined the Decatur Book Festival in 2024, helping revive the festival alongside her mother, former Executive Director Leslie Wingate. Sarah now leads marketing and communications for the festival, working with Executive Director Bailee Yarbrough, the DBF staff, and the board to help shape and share the festival’s story. Based in Charleston, SC, she draws inspiration from nature, yoga, music, and travel, and hopes to one day open her own event venue.
