Becca Daniels

Rebecca (Becca) Daniels is an Atlanta native with family roots reaching back to the late 1800s in both Atlanta and Decatur. She spent her childhood wandering local streets with her cousins, in search of adventure, ice cream, and books. A Registered Nurse with five years in Public Health—specializing in epidemiology and crisis leadership—Becca is also a dedicated advocate who has served with the Carolina Youth Action Project, Girls Rock Charleston, and Florence Crittenton Programs of SC. Living in Charleston for 15 years, Becca joined the DBF team in 2025 as a bridge between her two worlds, transplanting Lowcountry community expertise back to her Piedmont roots. Whether coordinating public health initiatives or orchestrating 100+ festival entities, she brings clinical precision and local heart to her work. Frequently traveling home to manage the Street Fair, she is thrilled to be back on the streets that raised her, ensuring a seamless experience for the next generation of Decatur dreamers.
