Phil Savage is the executive director of the Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala., and is the former general manager of the Cleveland Browns. He is a regular contributor on ESPN’s NFL Insiders and SportsCenter, while also serving as an analyst for SiriusXM’s College Sports Nation and NFL channels.
