We're more than a festival; we're a community!

All year long, the organization behind the festival promotes literacy and an interest in books in and around the Atlanta area. In the Festival's off season, we host a series of fundraising and literary events, bringing names such as Salman Rushdie, John Lewis, Alice Walker, Roy Blount Jr., and Paula Deen to Decatur for readings and signings.
