Pearl McHaney, Ph.D., is associate professor of Twentieth Century American Literature at Georgia State University. She edited the books Eudora Welty as Photographer and Occasions: Selected Writings by Eudora Welty; both from The University Press of Mississippi. She is also the editor of the Eudora Welty Newsletter, published at GSU.
