

Jeff Galloway is a U.S. Olympian. He qualified for the 1972 Olympics in the 10,000 meters and as an alternate for the marathon. He is the author of the top-selling running books "Galloway’s Book on Running" and "Marathon: You Can Do It!" He is also a monthly columnist for Runner’s World. As the founder of the Run-Walk-Run method, he has opened up running to millions. Galloway is the founder and owner of Phidippides Running Center since 1973. Working as a race director and organizer, his main Atlanta event is the Kaiser Permanante Corporate Run/Walk, which has enrolled 20,000 participants.
