Jeanne Besser has been a food columnist and stylist for the Atlanta Journal & Constitution for over five years. In addition to the 5:30 Challenge Cookbook her previously published cookbooks include The First Book of Baking and Working Mom’s Fast and Easy One-Pot Cooking. Besser has cooked on the Food Network, in addition to a multitude of regional and local television shows. She lives with her husband, Rich, and two sons, Alex and Jack, in Atlanta.
