Carrie M. Dumas was born in Macon, Georgia, to believers in hard work and education. She received her B.S. in Business Education from Fort Valley State College and an M.Ed. from Georgia State University. Dumas currently serves as director of Alumni Relations and Giving at Morehouse School of Medicine.
